A New Star Has Risen

The General, raised in South Central Los Angeles, got his first exposure to the music business after he checked himself into the Los Angeles Recording Workshop. He spent time perfecting his craft. Soon after, he received his Recording Engineering Certificate in the year 2004.

Back in the day, music was ‘real’ and ‘real’ was Hip Hop. Rakim's "I Ain't No Joke" was out, Tupac was “Americaz Most Wanted” and Biggie was “Hypnotizing” the world. That's when General fell into Hip Hop.

Boss general is currently working with Grammy award winning producer Streetrunner, who has worked with artist such as Nicki minaj, fabolous, an many others. He is also responsible for Lil Wayne's new single "my homies still" featuring Big Sean.
